Granite Gorge Hill Climb.
Fun for all ages!
This past Saturday was the first ever Granite Gorge Hill Climb, and it was a great success! Many riders and spectators showed up on this beautiful day to watch and participate in this hill climb event.
It was great event to watch and the racers all had a blast screaming up the mountain as well!
Granite Gorge is a ski mountain in the winter but during the summer they don’t close down. They have a disk golf course, bike park, the Look Out Lounge, and is available for parties and events.
Here is Abigayle Linde racing up the hill at Granite Gorge!
Abigayle placed second in her 50cc class with this run!
These riders fly up Granite Gorge’s near vertical hill! This rider makes this difficult feat look easy. The mountain doesn’t look very steep in these photos, but I assure you it is very steep!
The fastest run of the day was done by #71 Ryan Connelly with an unbelievably fast run of 8.827 seconds up the hill.
Please share the photos with the other riders and spectators!
