Kathleen and Charles had a beautiful fall engagement session in Tamworth, NH at Chocorua Lake. It was the perfect day with beautiful views of the lake and leaves.
Lake Chocorua sits at the bottom of the White Mountains with Mount Chocorua in the background. I have always loved the profile of Mount Chocorua. It is so distinct with a sharp peak and cascading ridgelines.
We started their session off walking around the shores of the lake and crossing the bridge over the channel between Chocorua Lake and Little Lake. Then we headed down to a beautiful little scenic overlook with an amazing landscape of autumn’s bursting colors for the remainder of their session.

How long have you been together?
Chuck and I have been together for 7 years (and it’ll be 8 by the time we’re married)!
Tell us how you first met.
We met the first night at college (we both went to UMass Lowell). He and his roommates lived a floor above me and mine, and we just so happened to all get on the same elevator. We all ended up hanging out together for the first few weeks, and Chuck and I started dating shortly after!
When did you get engaged?
We got engaged this past April on a trip abroad to Switzerland!
Tell us about the proposal.
We were in Switzerland for 9 days and Chuck had the ring the whole time, I had no idea! He waited until we got into Zermatt on the last leg of our trip and proposed on the balcony of our hotel room-very private and quiet :)
