Tell us how you first met.
We met in college and dated off and on for 2 years and then lost touch. Sean joined the Marine Corps and he found me on Facebook shortly before he deployed to Japan. We became good friends and that friendship blossomed into a long-distance relationship. We have survived a deployment to Afghanistan and Sean living in California. Those obstacles only made us stronger.
When did you know he/she was the one?
Sean- I always knew that Tracy was the one… I just needed to grow up so she would realize it too.
Tracy- It took me a little longer to realize. Through our friendship, I fell in love with him.
Tell us about the proposal.
Sean brought me to Animal Adventures and we went on the extreme tour. We entered a reptile building towards the end of the tour. I was busy looking at the animal in the enclosure and didn’t realize that Sean was on one knee. He tapped my leg and I then saw the sign in the enclosure the read Will You Marry Me? He could not have chosen a more perfect place to propose!
What’s the one thing you love most about each other?
Besides getting married, what’s the one thing you are looking forward to on your wedding day?
